Next generation text relay can be accessed from your PC, tablet and smartphone as well as from textphones. To find out more about this service, visit www.ngts.org.uk. Where appropriate we are happy to communicate via your preferred method for example text relay service or via email.

If you have issues using a computer because of a disability or impairment then we recommend you visit AbilityNet’s website. AbilityNet is a national charity helping disabled adults and children use computers and the internet by adapting and adjusting their technology. It also provides a free service to individuals with disabilities to assess their computer needs. You can call them free on 0800 269 545 for more information or email enquiries@abilitynet.org.uk
