In August a team from 1st Stop Car Finance will be tackling Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike and Snowdon to raise money for MIND – The Mental Health Charity. Mental Health has become a huge topic over the past year as it is recorded that it is one the biggest killers of men under the age of 45. Figures suggest that 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health issue in the UK within a year with only 25% receiving treatment.
