1st Stop celebrates 10th birthday

1st Stop has recently celebrated the fact it has been trading for ten years, where it hosted a party in Blackpool last Friday.

Secured lender, 1st Stop, celebrated its 10th birthday last week, where it marked the milestone by inviting its Brokers to its Blackpool event last Friday.

15 staff from the secured loans firm also took part in a 130 bike ride from Chester-le-Street to its Blackpool headquarters, where they finished at the party, in honour of The Wills Family Foundation.
Commenting on the milestone, Rhian Roberts, Group BDM, said: ‘It’s such a great achievement for 1st Stop to have been trading for 10 years and it’s a great opportunity to invite our partners and suppliers to celebrate with us on such a special occasion. “

Over the past 10 years, The 1st Stop initially started by helping clients buy their council houses, where it then added a loan brokering during the boom. 1st Stop had a mortgage broker, a debt management firm, an insolvency practice and its own lending arm, where after the credit crunch, it simplified its business by concentrating on being a lender.
